iMac (LAte 2009) Boot Error

Hi,

Today I restarted my iMac and while it's booting suddenly the Apple Logo appeared on screen with a No Entry Sign and also a Folder with a question mark inside


-I tried to reset RAM, but it didn't help
-I repaired the disk with the Mac OS X Installation Disc
-I repaired the disk permissions with the Mac OS X Installation Disc

But all of this things didn't solve the problem


I'll appreciate any help
