iMac late 2013 27" inch 4k displays?

i bought the imac late 2013 in november last year. im running bootcamp and i was wondering if i can hook up a external extended 4k monitor to use a dual monitor set up with my current imac?

if so what do ineed to get in terms of adapters etc. thanks!
