iMac late 2013 Fusion drive

On my 1T fusion drive imac late 2013, i get on blackmagic disk around 120MB write and 300-400 read speed...its ok? or i have some problems?

You should get about 300 and 600. That's what I get with mine. Make sure no apps are open and nothing running in the background like spotlight

I close apps and now im getting 246MB/s and 540MB/s

when I was running stuff I was getting the same low readings you were. When I close the apps it does get better.

That's why I went for a pure SSD setup (256GB on 21.5" and 512GB on 512GB) so that I could get pure speed 🙂
