iMac LCD Noise/Problem

My imac 20 inch makes a strange noise whenever i turn the brightness down but stops when the brightness is full, any advice or insight? What could be the problem and what should i do?
 
Does anybody know what could be wrong? What should i do? My mac is less than 5 days old.
