After 20 years using a mouse I switched over to a trackpad. I'm having trouble with this. My hand get sore holding my fingers hovering above the pad. Looking for something to rest my wrist on. Any ideas? Any software to help with dragging?

How are you guys doing it? Do you like it? It's great in Safari going back and forth between pages. Why doesn't iTunes do this or Firefox? Any suggestions?

BTW.....I love Lion. I'm amazed how well it works.

I'm fine with the trackpad but maybe it's because I'm just a lot younger than you (20 years ago I wasn't even born yet!). I'm not sure why iTunes doesn't support history swiping yet but I'm guessing it will soon in a future update. Firefox isn't made by Apple so they probably have no intention to support the history swipe as in Safari.
