Hello there, today when I booted my 21.5" iMac it started making these beeping noises from inside the computer along with a noise from what it seems to be the CD drive. Any help here? Thanks!

Try removing one or the other of your RAM chips. More often than not it is a faulty RAM chip. If neither of them work, take it in to a reseller and see if they can pop in a new chip for you to test it.

I tried removing the RAM and it didn't work. I think it has something to do with the CD drive. It won't let me put in a CD and the beeping is coming form the CDD side.. could it be that something got jammed in there?
