Good evening, I would like your help with a strange problem I had with sound in IMAC 1419 (2013). I don’t have audio from internal speakers in Mojave even connecting headphones, I only listen to bluetooth (external speakers or headset). I run the Mojave and recently installed windows10 bootcamp where sound plays perfectly in windows10 without any problems. Is there any solution? 808E56A7-B959-455C-B89E-89DD0CFE325D.jpeg086C3A11-DD20-46B0-A314-BA96811BA0E3.pngED199387-9907-4C57-BF40-8C10AD206BC5.png

can you drag those volume sliders in the third image? looks like it's turned all the way down.

can you switch the output to 48,000 Hz and see if that helps?
I find it odd it identifies as Optical Digital Out. Those ports are hybrid Analog/Digital. Do you have an optical cable you can connect for the iMac to a receiver (S/PDIF)?

Thanks for the reply.unfortunately switch to 48 didn’t change something. I don’t have optical cable :(

OK thanks. What do you get when you do a system profile report?
Apple Menu > About this Mac > System Report > Audio.

what's in there?
