iMac not working (NEED HELP PLEASE)

Sent my iMac away to fix a black line problem, got it back 10 days later (today) it was working then i updated itunes and turned the computer off now when i switch it on it goes to white loading screen and then screen goes black and stays off.

Its the 09' 21.5" model

Have you tried any of these steps?

Mac doesn't boot
Resolve startup issues and perform disk maintenance with Disk Utility and fsck

try booting from the DVD that came with your computer... If it does, then there is a software issue...more than likely... If it does the same thing (same issue) then it is more than likely a hardware issue. IF you had it fixed at the apple store they have a 90 day warranty on the repair.

How do i boot it from a cd when i wont even be able to eject it and it wont suck in the disk
