iMac one beep (RAM?!)

Hello,
Tonight I was sleeping, and my iMac started making some beeps. I took the plug and back to sleep.

Today when I woke up, I tried to call and my imac continued with the beeps, with black screen: 1 beep every 5 seconds.

On apple says that the memory is not being detected. But I never open the ram slot.

I tried to do this after the problem:
- change the ram to other slot
- boot up with only one ram each time, in different slots
- smc reset
- clean ram slot with a brush

But nothing.

What can I do?

It's an iMac 5k 2014

I assume you had token your iMac for repairing.

What can I do?

Call Apple and schedule a repair.

If you tried changing and swapping the ram, there's not much else you can do.
