I need to replace the late 2013, 15-inch MBP i'm using for work. As I now have my own desk (I was moving between offices before), I want to replace it with a desktop computer.
I'm a sysadmin, and for some reasons I need to run some VM on my computer.
The new Mac Pro is clearly a bit pricey for me, so I'm thinking about buying the iMac Pro.
But the iMac Pro is already two years old and no refresh seems to be planned... Do you think that's still a good investment today? Or should I go for an upgraded iMac?
