Hi there,

I'm looking to buy an iMac Pro. There are plenty of CPU benchmarks, but hardly any GPU benchmarks posted of the iMac Pro models afaik. It would be interesting to see what kind of performance improvement Vega Pro 64 offers over the 56 model. Professional and/or gaming benchmarks, anyone?

Thanks!

Here are benchmarks of the cards. The ones used in the iMac Pro are the "AMD Radeon Pro Vega 64 Compute Engine" and "AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 Compute Engine"

Take it with a grain of salt, the individual cards can range from the "Radeon Vega Frontier Edition" and downward.
Thanks, Steve. Looks like the difference here is <5%. I've been wondering about the thermal limitations of the iMac Pro, and the power-hungry Vega64. Not much of a difference really. (It's obviously a different story with applications, that can put the extra VRAM to good use).
