iMac problem

Not quite sure what the problem is. Anytime you hover over a link you get those options. You can change some settings in Safari preferences and trackpad/mouse.
I didn’t see anything in mouse settings that would help. See that Home Design Discussion website. I can not get into it. Every time I right click to open it, I keep getting this window. Opening link in new window keeps bringing up same screen. Kinda hard to explain.
It seems to have resolved, after restarting 3 times.

Normally, that's what you SHOULD see when you RIGHT-click.
But... if you're seeing it when you LEFT-click, I think your mouse settings may have gotten mixed up. You have to go to the "mouse" or "trackpad" preference pane and check them.
The next time you see that on your display, choose "open link in new window".

That is the expected menu you should see, if you are control-clicking/right-clicking a link in Safari.
Are you trying to get the 'Look Up "XYZ"' function that is normally present at the top of the menu? If so, you would need to manually select the text (since it is a link, otherwise if its not a link a normal right-click will do)

Fisherman is right. That's what you would get by RIGHT clicking (or control clicking) the mouse. If you're left clicking and that's happening, your mouse if f-ed up. Try another mouse.
If you check in settings under mouse - you can change the option for secondary click.
But as Fishrrman & Nicole1980 said if you are right clicking you are getting the correct menu appear.

I think you all misunderstand OP’s problem.
When OP clicks on open link in new window, it does not open the link in a new window, instead it shows the same Bing page.
But OP said it was resolved by restarting, so it is now moot.

Not agreeing that was the OP's problem. But since he/she hasn't given any more detail it's not 100% clear.
