N nyprospect macrumors 6502 Original poster Jul 13, 2008 #1 So i was trying to install ram in my aluminum imac and couldnt get the door off.I ended up damaging the door scratching it.I think the screw could be stripped.Will apple replace the door or am i stuck with it.I just got it today.thank you

brand Suspended Jul 13, 2008 #2 It's possible they will replace it for a fee. Their is no reason why they should do it for free when you damaged the part.
