Going to try and get hold of an iMac 2.8 refurb - anyone had one of these from apple and do they really come with ilife 08 (as specced online) or do you get 09 in the box?
Presume this machine should handle day-to-day graphics with CS4 ok?

    Hi,

A friend of mine just got a 3.06 refurb on Monday and it came with an iLife 09 upgrade disk. I'm not sure where you are located although I wouldn't expect that would matter - my friend and I are both in the UK though.

    Hope this helps,
    Craig.

I ordered the 20"/2.66 iMac refurb the day the upgrades were announced, and it came with a drop-in disk for iLife '09.

And if you don't receive the drop-in disk in your package, you are eligible for the free disk via mail for $9.99 shipping. Here's the link: http://www.apple.com/ilife/uptodate/

Yeah I ve heard the same. If not installed, they drop you the update in the box.

    Enjoy your new mac ;-)
