iMac Screen Pixelated While Playing Videos

Whenever I play HD movies on my iMac in fullscreen with quicktime, you can always see the pixels, some are big some small, like boxes. Is there any fix to this?
also this is a Aluminum mid level 20 inch iMac

Everything is clear on my imac. No pixelation what so ever.

BTW i have the 20" C2D 2.0Ghz / 4 GB Ram / bottom of the line graphics.

like if I'm watching a person talking when their jaw moves you can see the squares, they are about .5 by .5 cm in size, its really annoying.

What you are seeing is poor video encoding quality.
