Just purchased a new sealed iMac off eBay which was listed as a MK472 model, but the serial number that the seller has given to me checks out as a MK482?

I am collecting the iMac later today, but thought i would ask on here if there is anything i should check on collection?[IMG]

MK482 is a better model, so if anything you'll be winning in this deal. I would probably double-check that the model you pick matches the serial (and specs) he gave you earlier. Perhaps the seller made a typo when listing the iMac, or thought it's a different model.

    It was a MK472.

Still happy with the deal as it was £500 cheaper than at the Apple store.
