Not good news.  I woke up this morning expecting my order status to change to shipped, but instead I received this email from Apple...

Not just a few days, but a whole week and a day longer!

  I called this morning and they did up me from standard shipping to 3-5 day shipping.  They mentioned it would take at least that long to reach me from China.
