having probs tracking my imac. This is all im getting when trying to track on apples site

Phoned up apple last week, the guy said there is a very good chance i will get it on wed 22nd or thurs 23rd and that it looks like UPS will be delivering it (which surprised me as I thought it would be TNT). Tried entering the tracking number into TNT and UPS website and its not recognising it.
Anyone else having any problems tracking? I was under the impression that Apple usually provide info on the wherabouts of your package?
