Hi
I have iMac 4.1 from 2004 with Intel Core Duo (2GHz), 2GB RAM and with
Mac OS X 10.4.11. Is there any chance I could upgrade it to 10.5 or more. I'm starting with with Mac so i do no know much about it. I've tried to instal Mac OS X 10.5.2 but then popped up an error message"Mac OS X cannot be instaled on this computer. " so i don't understand why because it meets the HW requirements of the Snowleopard.
I'll be glad if someone can help me.

You should be able to install 10.5 on that machine.

Where did you get the 10.5 install DVD from? If it is one of the grey disks from another Mac, it won't work. Those are tied to the model they came with. You would need to obtain a retail version of 10.5.
