iMac (white) Keyboard Problem

Suddenly my keyboard started acting really strange. The number keys (1-9 & 0) on the standard portion of the keyboard are now typing words instead of the appropriate numbers.

For example, 1, 2, 3 is "the and to" instead now. The numpad numbers are fine though. Any suggestions?
