iMac will not sleep

Hi,
I installed the upgrade to 10.6.8 and have found that my machine (27" iMac) will no longer follow the power-down/sleep rules. I have tried adjusting the number of minutes until sleep starts but that doesn't help.

Any suggestions/ideas??
