My system is lock up with this pad lock and I do not now the password to unlock it. Is there any software available to unlock it.

It is firmware locked. What year machine do you have? if it's 2010 or older - you can remove some RAM and give it a few PRAMS which will remove the firmware lock - else it'd require other tools to remove via firmware chip

I forgot what year, but the serial number.Co2md1usf8j2 EMC 2638 Model A148 100-240V 50-60hz. Hard for me to see the o could a 0.

It's a late 2013 then - so removing the firmware password wouldn't be possible/easy without the actual password.

Firmware password can be removed.
But it would require desoldering the EFI chip, modify its contents to erase the password, and solder it back to the logic board.
This is not a job for amateurs. Take it to a professional repair shop. (Not Apple service center)
I would suggest Northridge Fix @ northridgefix.com; but the waiting line would be very long.
