Universal Image annotation

Hello,

is here any good image annotation app, which can send edited images to another app (Open with...) and not only to Cakera Roll? And it should not delete metadata like my current Annotable does :-(

I like GoodNotes quite a bit. It let's you annotate documents and images, and you can easily send them to other apps.
