Image artifacts on iphone XS photos

Hello.

Does anyone else has problems with image artifacts on the iPhone XS camera?
It seems that the images have some kind of strange and agressive noise filter. And it's more obvious in skin tones.
This also happens with good lightning conditions....

I'm sorry. I don't see anything unusual, considering that you've cropped and zoomed really close and that the images are jpeg compressed. I'm sure they look find at normal viewing distance.
