Image capture app. doe's not open . I went to Finder> image capture > command open . I got nothing . Why .

Image Capture has a surprising amount of support files and folders. Assuming the application itself isn't damaged, I would look in Macintosh HD/Library/Image Capture and see what drivers/plugins/etc you have installed in there. Don't remove the folders, but the files within. Restart the computer and test again. If it needs to be reinstalled, Pacifist may be able to find the relevant package otherwise you would need to reinstall the OS which seems a bit excessive to get one application to work.

Thanks , I did go to Mac HD and found Im. cap . what I was hoping to find was a listing for the G10 , but did not . Now I am interested in seeing what happens when I connect my G10 next time . This will be very interesting . One AM and your on the apple , I can not begin to think about staying up that late let alone reading and typing . Wow . Thanks again .
