Image Capture HELP!!

I have a new Lexmark all-in-one, and it won't scan. I called their technician and he remotely looked at my computer and said that I didn't have Image Capture on my computer, even though I'm supposed to. I can't find anywhere to download from either. My Mac is an OS X, Version 10.5.8. Any suggestions would be great
 
Use Pacifist to extract Image Capture from your Install DVD or download IC from here.
