Image Capture or Iphone opens automatically

So I plug my phone into a bunch of shared computers to recharge and everytime the second it plugs in it launches a photo app. Is there anyway to stop this on the phone side? It should only try to sync photos with my computer and not everyones..

That's something that unfortunately is set on the computer side (it's not iPhone-specific, it's what's set for "cameras").
