For some reason it keeps adding long hair to everyone and a prompt like „short hair“ or „bald“ seems to just get ignored. Anyone managed to change the hair?

Also it’s weird how it works great on some photos of a person but not at all with others. I wish you could add a pool of photos of the same person and it checks the facial features that are mostly alike on all photos to „learn“ a persons face.

I know it’s beta but so far it hardly feels like an AI and mostly just randomized. Especially with pets

Much the same experience here as well. The final results are generally pretty poor and it’s making some significant mistakes (i.e. manually select a photo of my son which it labels as a photo of my daughter and then creates a photo based on my wife 🤷‍♂️. And my wife looks quite dramatically different from my kids).

I understand it’s early in development but can’t see myself using it much in its current form.

The thing I've found really odd about the interface is that for focusing on a person playgrounds let you select any photo, but the genmoji UI only let you select from a tiny amount of images for a tiny amount of people.

Maybe I'm getting old (103 last Tuesday) but I find this genmoji stuff pretty infantile and useless and gimmicky.

Who is stopping you from do that?

But posting in a thread with the topic „Image Playground, Genmoji Pictures“ and complaining about image playground pictures being useless is kind of like complaining in a vegan forum about their lousy pulled pork and steak recipes, isn’t it? 🤔

Seems to get guys pretty close, but ladies not so much, especially when they have curly hair. It's pretty fun, to be honest... but that's about it.
