macOS Image processing in ImageJ

Hi,

I've been trying to handle this for a couple of weeks now: image processing in imageJ (ij.imageJ).
Would anyone mind giving me some hints, please, on:
*how does one proceed in order to display a matrix representing black&white image(or RMI)( value range 0-255);
and what does "implementing" these ones below:
1. Goodness based on intra-region uniformity
2- Goodness based on inter-region contrast
3- Goodness based on region shape, - mean?
