Image Resizing

What is a good app. to use for image resizing? (like to make pictures small enough to post on MacRumors).

Without cropping. And preferably freeware.

iPhoto can do it.

You might also have a demo of GraphicConverter. I highly recommend it as a "swiss-army knife" app for images. I believe it's only $35.
