Image stabilizer enabled on Iphone 4S ???

just wondering is this already enabled while recording videos ? or is there a option to enhance it or something ??

It's always on and doesn't have an option to disable

Image stabilization is always on and software-based. This is the reason the video camera is more zoomed in than when taking photos, it allows the software some breathing room to stabilize the image.
