I wonder if someone can suggest a simple 1 click app that I can convert Images into EWatercolour. I will be using it solely for that . I am printing a magazine and that's all the graphics I will need cam anybody suggest one please?

Have you tries Krita? free Mac app that does a lot. https://krita.org/en/

No , not tryed anything yet . But I put Krita in search but a blank page came up. (oops sorry didn't see your link.) But looking at the link it says windows or Linux doesn't it ? or am I missing something?
