ImageGrabber II alternativ for MAC ?

Iv'e been using ImageGrabber II for Windows for a while, But using BootCamp for it takes a long time,,,

I want something for MAC, I want to be able to choose my screenshots manually and combine the screencaps the way i want it..

It needs to be Free.. Any ideas?

Grab is built into OS X. Just do a spotlight search for Grab and see if it meets your needs...

Have nothing called "Grab" on my OS X Mavericks

try looking in Applications/Utilities

It's a built in app. it is mentioned in thissupport post, but this also lists the keyboard shortcuts if those work for you...

But i want an app that i can browse the video to choose my screencaps myself
