On some websites (like web.whatsapp.com) and in Tweetbot (and some other apps) images will either not display at all or they are just black and/or distorted. Has anyone the same issue on Sierra? In the case of Safari it seems like it only affects navigation elements (probably SVG images). If I remove the website data it works again, until I refresh the page.

What Safari extensions (adblocker etc.) do you use?

I disabled all Safari extensions. This only started with macOS Sierra.

Have tried resetting Safari? (sorry for so many questions, trying to guess what can be the problem).

Just did. Worked until I refreshed the page again.
