Hi,

I just noticed overnight and today images not loading correctly on my Macbook and iPhone.

I have checked for updates and tried different browsers too.
Does anyone know what the issue is? And is it fixable?

Cheers & Thanks for your help in advance

Have you attempted to restart your phone? Try the force restart (Home button + Lock until Apple logo)

I don't believe it's possible but is your internet provider is not letting you load images to a certain size?

Yes, I have restart both devices. And force reset my iphone.
The problem still persists.

Hi,

I just noticed overnight and today images not loading correctly on my Macbook and iPhone.

I would look at whats common between both iPhone and Macbook.
Wifi network? Router? Your ISP even? Can you download an image over data rather than wifi to the iPhone?
Is this all images or only some?
Whats the souce of the images?
Can you view them OK on a different device?
If its a wifi network thats common try powering it off, leave it for a coupel minutes, switch it back on.

Wifi > No, I have tried on both home and work wifi networks. Also tried on my mobile data.

Only some images appear like this. And it's only my devices.
Other on the same networks are able to see it fine.

Its only a problem with images on the internet.
ie: instagram, facebook, google, websites... etc
(also worth noting I see the second image on my instagram feed, but when I click the image through the persons profile the image displays fine. But with the first image its on a tumblr site and even clicking on the image does not load it properly)

Wifi has been reset and powered on/off multiple times.

I have not reset my iphone back to factory setting yet, but I guess this wont solve my Macbook issue.

I have contacted apple support and the issue on my iphone is fixed.
I had to restore my iphone to factory settings.

My macbook pro is still having issues.
Support had me reset safari, they also took remote control and deleted files.
SMC reset was done, PRAM reset was done. Still.... no solution.

Does anyone know if this could be malware or virus?
