Hi,
I'm new to Mac's and the forum. I have several pop accounts which I use with Outlook2003 on my PC and imail on my mac. Do you have any recommendations as to the best way to keep them in sync. I am happy to purchase .mac but I don't want to use a .mac address.
I am also thinking of junking my PC desktop and buying another mac for my office. Would it be easier to keep all my emails insync (inboxes, sent, etc.) if I used two mac's?
Thanks for the help.

That's the easiest way to manage it. A .Mac account is a great way to get both machines in sync, and the .Mac email address is not required for use (though I do believe you'll need to create one anyway as part of the sign up. Just use that one for your MacRumors friends!).

Is there any way you can switch your POP accounts to IMAP ones?

That way the mail is stored on the server and all of your email clients will be able to see it.

Cheers.

Thanks for the suggestions. Unfortunately, my email provider does not offer imap
