Ok, so the email program on the mac is not working with me. I have set it up to retrieve email from Optonline.net.

I can receive emails with it but, anytime i try to send out emails it gives me and error.

Did you contact them or even go to their website? I found the answer in literally 52 seconds.

Most likely your SMTP setting is incorrect.
