IMAP server certificates expire in two weeks

My iCloud Mail app account certificates expire in two weeks in Key Chain on my one of my older Mac's.

I was looking at the apple PKI site for certificates and did not see what I need to redo them.

Anyone give me any help on this?

Is it something that I need to be concerned about?

Those certificates show they expire in October, which is a bit over 7 months from now. You can't renew them yourself.
