Imation Defender H200 and F200

I purchased these two drives thinking they would work with my Mac, but am having a lot of trouble. I have various Macs, some with Mountain Lion some with Mavericks, but they all display a message that says "Generic I/O failure" or "SSD_RET_IO_ERROR" when trying to access the Imation drives.

They work perfectly with my Windows PCs. Tried to email Imation support and will be giving them a call tomorrow.

Imation replied to me and sent me a software update that made these drives compatible with Mountain Lion and Mavericks. I noted they should make this software update available on their website so that others do not run into this issue.
