I am not able to receive or deliver iMessages on my MacBook Air. First I make you clear that it's activated and it can detect iMessage Id's(when I send a message, there's no delivered ticket at the bottom).

I am able to receive and send messages from my iPhone with no problem and also its working on other user account which I created to test it.

The problem persist in my main user account.
I tried various methods to resolve this, one is by removing account from preferences and by login in again.
And same issue with facetime, I am able to receive calls and as soon as I accept it and error
Pops up as "FaceTime failed" .

Thanks

Sounds like a software issue, something is corrupt.
Back up your data then do a complete fresh install that should sort it,
