iMessage and FaceTime won't accept my Apple ID

On my iPhone, iMessage and FaceTime work with my phone number. When I try to add my Apple ID to that, I get the following message:

I get the same message with iMessage.

Now, this is not much of a problem for my phone cause they both work with my number, BUT on my Mac I can't activate FaceTime and iMessage cause I get the same error when I try to sign in with my Apple ID.

Could my Apple ID be a problem? Please help!
