iMessage and FaceTime won't activate on ios 6 beta 3

Beta 1 and 2 activated fine but now beta 3 won't work. What should I do?

Same here, it worked when I first updated to b3, now it's stuck on waiting for activation.

Me too. Does anyone know how to fix this? Resetting network settings didn't work for me. Just stuck on activating the phone number for iMessage. The emails I have associated still work, but the phone number won't "activate"

Resetting network settings worked for me. If that does not work, I suggest you post to the developers forum. They might be able to help there.

Try contacting Apple on the issue. I believe this has to do with the whole FaceTime over 3G debacle. You might have some conflict in the code...

Go ahead. At this point you've got not much to go on. Report the issue via developer channels as well.

Anyone try rolling back to beta 2 and seeing if it works for them after being unsuccessful on beta 3? I'll try that tonight but if someone tries it in the meantime, please update.

DFU Restore fixed it all.

Tried rebooting, resetting network settings, all settings, all content and settings, and restored multiple times, its still not working.

I'm having this exact issue ever since beta 3. Just never finishes activating.

Had this problem too on B3. Turned iMessage off then did a network reset. Took about 2 minutes or so after the reset but it finally fixed.

I tried this and still having the same exact issue, although right after I did the network reset a bunch of orphan messages from yesterday came through all at once.

A DFU restore worked for me, now for the painful part. My iPhone is going to have to download like 15 gigs of apps lol since i'm restoring from icloud.

DFU restored twice so far. As soon as I get back in with my backup, it keeps happening every time. Just never activates. The QA people were asleep at the wheel when they sent beta 3 out.
