Imessage and siri

Lately i have noticed that when i bring up imessage contact,choose it,the. Wanna type my msg..my siri is grayed out...select non sms contact i can use siri to speak to text!

Anyone else notice

What do you mean by Siri being grayed out? Do you mean the dictation button on the keyboard? Or something else?
