I am looking for advice for an iMessage program/app that can export threads with dates/times in conversation style, preferrably to PDF.

I have researched this quite a bit, but most results seem gimmicky and I am hesitant without some actually user feedback. Hopefully I can get some feedback here with which program is worthwhile at providing what I need.

CopyTrans worked much better for me than iMazing. Both can save iMessages and texts in multiple formats.

Ah yes meant to say "CopyTrans":

iMazing is decent as well, but had trouble backing up an extremely long iMessage convo from my phone:

Both are pretty slow and take a while if you have lots of messages on your phone as I did.

I tested AnyTrans on my Windows 10 laptop and it worked pretty well, only did the trial. The PhoneViewer seems to be MAC only.

Anyone think a simple export to PDF might be included within iOS 11 or a future release?
