Hey, all.
Been on with Apple Support for the last couple weeks about each issue. Both have been kicked to engineering, but these are still weird.
1. iMessage suddenly won't actiavte my phone number. It's been actiavted for years, but now it suddenly gives me the error message in the photo attached. FaceTime does the same thing. Apple ID works fine, phone number...nope. All the usual steps don't fix this. I call Apple, they do whatever it is they do, it randomly works for about a day, but then it doesn't again. Been on so many calls with Senior Advisors about this. Carrier says all looks fine on their side.
2. iCloud Keychain stopped syncing login and password info. Again, same deal as above. Try all the recommended steps. Call Apple. Works off and on, but mostly off.
Restore from backup, restore from new, and so on and so forth. Nothing sticks.
These have both been going on since 13.7, so I can't say if that's related to it, but maybe?
Anyone else have either of these issues and found something to resolve it?
