iMessage in Sync on all Devices

Hey - I am wondering if there is a function to keep iMessage on all my devices in sync.

For example:
- I had a week of leave, now being back in the office I received all my messages on my macbook I have sent and even deleted in between on my iPhone.

Is there any chance to tell OS X not to display already deleted messages?

Removing a message thread on one computer/device does not remove it on the other devices and it never has.
