My iMessage are not syncing properly on my iMac. Messages that are on my iPhone and iPad are missing from my iMac. In fact, They might me on my iMac yesterday, and gone today. Called apple care, they had me do several resets and power management resets to no avail. Running 10.14.2

I have the same issue.
Messages in iCloud enabled, turn off and on, logged out of iCloud on Mac and back in, tried everything.
Sync Now does nothing, and now is greyed out but no conversations appearing in the Messages app. Write a message on iPhone and that message appears on Mac (effectively as a NEW conversation, i.e. no conversation history).
iPhone shows (in iCloud section) under Storage some conversations so they are there.
iPhone is showing the Mac as Text Message Forwarding OK.
