iMessage not syncing

I can't get my conversations on my iPhone and my iPad to sync. They don't show up on my iPad at all. Maybe there's a setting I'm missing?
 
Please, for the love of God, use the search function, or even just scroll down or go to page 2. This questions gets posted about every other minute.
