iMessage Not Working?!?

Anyone else having problems? Mine keeps saying not delivered. I've made sure its switched on. Cheers 🙂

I've tried to send it to their apple id and phone number. Take it you just use it like a text it works fine on ipad 😕

i just keep getting the message "not delivered" and the red ! next to it. I'm on o2. Has anyone else been having problems?
