So, getting iMessage notifications is fantastic in Mountain Lion, as I'm sure most of you know. However, I do have one gripe. I cannot find a place to turn off previews for incoming iMessages in the Notification Center. I would like an alternate option, similar or the same as that found on the iOS devices for "Show Preview." Anyone have any idea? Thanks guys.

I'd still like some notification alerting me that the person has sent something. I would like the same setting as included in iOS. That is, a "Show Preview" setting in the Messages settings of the Notification Center.

Alerts do nothing more except show the notification until dismissed. I want the Preview to NOT SHOW. I do not want prying eyes to see my incoming iMessages.

Then I don't get the banner/alert at all. Just the badge, which is not a replacement for an active pop-up notification.
